It sounds like Robert Pattinson is finally taking advice from his friends. The "Cosmopolis" actor now seems determined to get over his tumultuous breakup from "Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" costar Kristen Stewart.

Pattinson - who has said he will walk alongside Stewart down the red carpet for the premiere "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" - is said to be spending the next six months attempting to transform himself in a serious attempt to move on from the relationship. Pattinson's friends have reportedly told him to "start enjoying life again." Living well is the best revenge.

And as well as just trying to feel different, the actor is reportedly hoping that his change of appearance will make Stewart regret her affair with married director Rupert Sanders, whom she worked with on "Snow White And The Huntsman."

"Rob wants to show Kristen what she's thrown away," a source close to Pattinson told Look Magazine."He's spent a fortune in the past two weeks on his hair, teeth whitening and a spray tan. 
"He's bought an array of Gucci suits which cost $2,000 a pop, and he's stepping up his exercise regime with trainer Tamsyn Hamilton to get in shape."

And Pattinson's been stepping out to show it all off. According to diners at the trendy Los Angeles restaurant Soho House, Pattinson and long-time friend Katy Perry were recently spotted together getting pretty cozy together over a candlelit dinner. With the pair having an intimate dinner date, it sounds like they could be taking their relationship to the next level.

Sources said the would-be-couple was deeply engaged in one another all evening.

"She wore a tight, sparkly top and Rob was looking at her breasts all night," a source told The Sun."He tried to avoid it when talking to her but as soon as she looked away to talk to someone else, Rob would sneak a peek."

Another diner told The Sun that Katy displayed overtly flirtatious behavior. "She was sat across from Rob but later moved next to him," the source claimed. "She was laying on the charm and playing the minx - tossing her head back, laughing at his jokes, touching his arm and twirling her hair."

Until we get some confirmation we'll just have to assume the pair are good friends. But if they got together it would be quite the fairytale romance, as both stars are rebounding from very public splits. Katy was said to be "dumped" by John Mayer, while Rob's split from Kristen Stewart in July is old news now.

Perry hasn't been the only high-profile woman on Pattinson's plate lately, though. A new report claims he and Rihanna have been exchanging "sexy, funny texts" recently.

Rihanna reportedly began texting Pattinson after news broke that Kristen Stewart had cheated on her longtime boyfriend, according to an article published in OK! Magazine via Hollywood Life.

"They've met several times at award bashes over the years," a friend of the singer reportedly told OK. "RiRi thinks he's very cute, but nothing ever came of it because he was attached to Kristen - and it's not her style to steal someone else's man."

"She got Rob's phone number from a mutual friend and has been sending him sexy, funny texts to cheer him up," the source continued to OK. "At first, Rob thought someone Punk'd him. Eventually Rihanna convinced him she was for real, but Rob has been resisting her."

News broke that Stewart had cheated on Pattinson with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders in late July and the "Twilight" actress was quick to issue a public apology to her boyfriend via People magazine.
