Kristen Stewart is trying her best to move on after her devastating admittance of cheating on Robert Pattinson.
In July, US Weekly revealed photos of Stewart, 22, and "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders canoodling. Stewart shortly after issued a public apology, mainly addressing Pattinson, saying she loves him.
Reports say that Stewart is very desperate to get Pattinson back and that she hasn't been eating nor doing anything for that much since the news broke out. Pattinson, 26, is reportedly still undecided about what to do (to take her back or not).
According to RadarOnline.com, the "Twilight" actress is trying to find some peace with herself. She recently didn't attend the "On the RoaD" London premiere because she's not ready to face the world and disappointed fans.
"Kristen is trying to find some inner peace within herself," a source close to the actress revealed. "And she is reading a lot. She has always been interested in philosophy and spirituality and she has been reading a lot of different books. Strangely enough, the one author that has really been resonating with her is Gandhi, who she decided to find out more about after watching 'Eat, Pray Love.'
"She began reading a biography of his life, then turned to Gandhi's own writing because she was seeking solace.
"The quote that particularly stands out for her is, 'The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.' While she doesn't know if Rob could forgive her, that statement has tempered her own regret.
"The remorse she has isn't completely gone, but Gandhi's words have certainly helped her find peace with the whole situation. Kristen isn't beating herself up over it, she's accepted that everyone makes mistakes and she has to learn from it," the source said.
Stewart was recently photographed out in L.A. She was wearing Pattinson's hat, shirt, and ring that he gave her, maybe trying to indicate that she still loves him. She's been staying at her parent's place in Woodland Hills, California and her best girlfriend, Scout Taylor Compton's place in Burbank.
Meanwhile, Liberty Ross, Sander's estranged wife, has also recently made her first public appearance since the shocking scandal.
According to the E! Online, Ross attended the red-carpet premiere of Shia LaBeouf's Prohibition-era gangster drama "Lawless" at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood.
She wore a satiny emerald-green button-down shirt, skinny black pants and fierce ankle boots. She wasn't wearing a wedding band.
Ross recently posted a photo on her Vogue UK blog. The pair has been coping privately with the news of Sander's cheating. This is the first time Ross has said anything post scandal.
The post was titled "Liberty." It is a black-and-white photo of an eagle (or vulture) soaring and spreading out its wings, seemingly a statement for freedom and independence, according to E! Online.
This just shows that even though we go through very hard obstacles in life, there is a time to just get back up and move on.
Two weeks ago, Rupert and Liberty were seen out together for the first time since the cheating scandal, but a source told E! News that "Liberty and Rupert have not decided if they are going to stay together or not." Liberty was then also spotted out without her wedding ring.
