McDonald's Offers Curly Fries?

McDonald's is known to be one of the best fast food restaurants in the business, and is well known for their French fries, which are straight cut.

They set the golden standard of how a French fry should be made, and have become an American favorite.

Now, the restaurant is changing things up. Instead of straight, Mickey D's is coming out with curly French fries.

According to Vibe, McDonald's chains in the Philippines have "Twister Fries."

Don't worry straight-cut French fry lovers; these fries are only for a limited time. They are only going to be available for three weeks.

According to the Huffington Post, the popular "Twister fries" will be available in order to increase the product's value.

McDonald's Phillipines, also known as McDo, are available for P60 or $1.43 USD.

With these new fries trying to set another standard, maybe they will end up in the states.

Other popular fast food chains like Wendy's and Burger King have their own type of French fries.

Wendy's French fries are also straight cut. They are natural-cut with a little seasoning of sea salt. They use whole Russet potatoes, cooked skin-on, according to their website.

Burger King recently changed their French fries. They are now thicker with reduced sodium, and have a coating that makes them crispier and keeps them hotter longer.

White Castle servers crinkle cut French fries made in vegetable oil. Nathan's Famous also uses crinkle-cut French fries, but they are bigger than White Castle's.
