Kristen Stewart issued a public apology about hurting her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, by cheating on him with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.
According to People Magazine, Stewart said, ""I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," Stewart said in a statement Wednesday."
Breaking news broke out recently that Stewart, 22, cheated on Pattinson, 26, with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders, 41, on July 17 in Los Angeles.
Sanders is married to British Vogue model Liberty Ross, 33, and has two children with her, ages 7 and 5.
During the "marathon make out" session, one photographer said, "It seemed like they couldn't get enough," according to US Weekly.
US Weekly revealed that the shocking photos will appear in the new issue of the magazine on Friday.
Sanders issued a statement of his own, saying, ""I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," Sanders told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
"Twilight" fans took to Twitter to express their support for Stewart and Pattinson, even saying that the photo on the front of US Weekly looked photo shopped.
"Twilight" fans quickly turned to Twitter and created the phrase "Robsten is Unbroken," which spread like wildfire.

Kristen, wherever you are, I love you, and I'll always be your fan. Rob, hold her tight, she needs your love. Robsten is Unbroken.
Even singer Lady Gaga came to Stewart's defense on the whole matter.
She tweeted, "Geez this kirstew rob stuff is brutal. Makes me sad the way press acts."
"Hope they're ok," Gaga added, referring to Robsten.
Stewart and Pattinson met on the first "Twilight" set in 2008 and have been dating ever since. In recent Robsten news, sources even said that the couple has been getting stronger than ever in the past months.
"Their relationship seemed stronger than ever," a source said according to Hollywood Life. "Rob wants to spend the rest of his life with her."
Rumors of the couple getting married and having babies has also recently spread, so maybe the "Breaking Dawn Part 2" real life romance can rekindle itself after this devastating blow.
Let's hope Twi-hard fans will see their favorite two vampires at the promotions for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2," which is being released in theaters November 16, 2012.
