The Moto X 2015 is expected to be unveiled in the July 28 event Motorola announced recently. The company remains silent as the release date nears, but not rumor mills and users who have access to the device in some way.
Brand new images featuring the flagship has freshly sprouted, confirming that the upcoming handset will boast some remarkable specs. The photos, which were shared by a Facebook account called Perú Android, showed the device's handsome front, rear and sides.
The biggest takeaway from this new leak is that the Moto X 2015 in the photo sported a front-facing camera with LED flash, which will demonstrate the Lenovo-owned company's commitment to make selfies as high quality as possible. There no word how many megapixels the shooter would get though. Phone Arena adds that the primary snapper of the device had dual LED flash.
According to The Verge, the display of the Moto X 3rd gen in the image is likely at 5.5 inches. Citing previous rumors, Phone Arena says that it will likely be bigger than that, specifically at 5.7 inches.
Android Central reports that the new Moto X will come in a smaller 5.2-inch variant too and it might be called Moto X Sport, as what was previously leaked by a publication called Pisapapeles from what are said as promotional flyers from Chile courier Entel.
GSM Arena adds that this 5.2-inch screen, which could be AMOLED, will come in Quad HD quality. The site also claims that it might come in a hefty 4GB of RAM and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor.
A 16MP camera on the back and a 5MP shooter on the front should make it to the Moto X 2015, the site further reports. It is reportedly going by 32GB and 64GB storage options and will be kept alive and kicking with a large 3280 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, a recent leak that popped up at Weibo revealed that the new Moto X will be dipped in white and gold combination, which make it look rather very elegant. Sad to say, there's no word on other color variants that will be on offer.
The rest of the specs sheet remains a mystery to tech world, though. Even rumor mills do not have details to chomp about other the features of the device. Motorola will spill all the juicy details on July 28 as it is expected to release the Moto X 2015 on that day alongside the new Moto G.
