We know that some of you have resisted getting an e-book reader because you are old school and just love the tactile sensation of everything to do with reading a print book. We don't blame you. Some of us feel the same way here too though there are others of us who just swear that an e-reader is the best invention known to mankind.
The Pew study shows that a paper book readers average about 15 books a year while those reading digitally will have read about 24 books annually. Now Infographic Labs, the company that creates some of the best infographic on a host of issues has created a graphic to show the breakdown between the two schools of readers. Of the findings, people who don't have an electronic reader said it was mainly because they didn't need one and the second reason is because they could not afford one. Last on the list of reasons for why they still read books in their original format is becasue they prefer printed books over digital ones.
