Ausitn Mahone could be off the market now after being "flirty" with Becky G over the past few weeks. The two have had a couple of sweet back and forth encounters recently.

When Becky G celebrated her birthday, a fan asked her what her favorite thing was. She then responded saying "spending it with people who made me feel extra special."

J14 noted that this could be a cryptic message pertaining to Mahone.

On her Instagram account, the "Can't Stop Dancing" singer posted a photo with the teen hearthrob in it. The photo was captioned, "Round 2 birthday celebration with these awesome people. ❤️ I just wanna take time to give a huge thanks to everyone who reached out and wished me a happy Birthday. To every single person who posted pictures, videos, sent me cards, bought me flowers, presents, and went out of their way to make this birthday special, thank you. You spoiled me with so much love and happiness. Couldn't feel anymore blessed. #BEASTERS IM OFFICIALLY 18."

What's even more interesting was the fact that she got a bouquet of red roses during her birthday. She called out to the person who sent her the bouquet as "My Bae."

Meanwhile, Mahone teased the fans with his latest Instagram post with caption, "The art of being discrete is slowly becoming extinct." This could mean that he was somehow "annoyed" by the rumors going on around about him and Becky G. But, he was not as "discrete" as he would like to be. He has photos of Becky G on his Instagram account and as J14 stated in another report, he was  flirty with her on Twitter.

Aside from being an adorable pair, the two were also spotted in a recording studio on Feb. 22. According to Hollywood Life, they "spent so much time goofing off."

"They had to go over their time in the studio because they spent so much time goofing off," said the insider. "He kept lifting her up and carrying her over his shoulder, like the fireman carry, he teases her about being little but it's so obvious he's doing it to flirt with her."

In a different report, another source told Hollywood Life that Mahone's friends approve of Becky G.

"Becky would be good for him because she's super independent," said the source. "There's no way she wants to be known as anyone's girlfriend, she's Miss Independent so she's gonna be on the same page as him as far as wanting to keep their relationship very private because she wants to be recognized on her own."
