Barnes & Noble Announces Limited Free eBook And Magazine Offer On NOOK App for Windows 8.1 For Australian Customers

In a recent press release, Barnes and Noble announced a limited period free eBook and magazine offer through the NOOK app for Windows 8.1. The offer is available to only Australian customers.

Barnes & Noble has announced a limited time free eBook and magazine offer through the NOOK App for Windows 8.1 in Australia. The deal enables customers who install the NOOK App as a new user and sign in with a Microsoft account to receive five free popular books and five free top magazines.

The free eBooks are bestselling titles "Catch the Zolt: The Debt Installment One" by Phillip Gwynne, "Be Careful What You Wish For" by Gemma Crisp, "The Slap" by Christos Tsiolkas, "Back to the Pilliga" by Tony Parsons and "The Fence-Painting Fortnight of Destiny: A Memoir" by Meshel Laurie, along with issues of top selling magazines Australian Geographic, GQ, Good Health, Vogue and Taste.com.au Magazine.

Recently the retailer announced that NOOK App for Windows 8.1 will be available to Windows 8.1 PC and tablet customers in 32 countries and in 12 languages. The app can be downloaded through the Windows store.
