Kate Atkinson's "Life After Life" takes top position on NPR's Bestsellers' list for the first week since its release.
Kate Atkinson's "Life After Life" stole poll position on NPR's Bestsellers' list from Elizabeth Strout's "The Burgess Boys" which was at the number one spot last week, ending Gillian Flynn's "Gone Girl" number one position run for four consecutive weeks.
