Bloomsbury, the publishers of the "Harry Potter" series, have disclosed the release of a new book scheduled for October. Entitled "Christmas at Hogwarts," it is a joyful description of Christmas celebrated in the world of Harry Potter. The story will impress with its marvelous drawings and win the hearts of young readers worldwide.
Following one of the sweetest scenes depicted by J.K. Rowling in her bestselling novel "Philosopher's Stone" or "Sorcerer's Stone," which has won hearts worldwide, the illustrated fantasy drama was artfully created. It is praised to be the ultimate holiday offering this season for the kids and their whole family (parents and grandparents included).
"Christmas at Hogwarts" is splendidly visualized with all the colors on each page by Ziyi Gao, filling it with jubilant and seasonal drawings that placed Harry Potter's first Christmas right in the middle of them. From Beijing, a talented illustrator, Gao, described the book as an 'immersive visual experience' that will take readers right into the heart of the magical world.
At 13, Gao got into reading the "Harry Potter" series. Throughout her educational journey, she eventually went to the US and studied Biochemistry at the University of California. Realizing her dream was art and illustrations, she went to New York and studied at the School of Visual Arts, where she graduated with a degree in illustration. Gao currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Reflecting on her participation in the project, Gao said she is thankful that while the owl delivering my acceptance letter to Hogwarts got lost, she still got to participate in drawing for the beautiful "Harry Potter" series. She said it was like working with what she sees when building a world with one's heart.

Mandy Archer, Head of Harry Potter Publishing, conveyed her enthusiasm for the project, characterizing Christmas at Hogwarts as a testament to the lasting charm of Rowling's beloved series. Archer underscored the book's potential to establish itself as a cherished family tradition, providing a glimpse into the enchanting festivities of the wizarding world.
Christmas at Hogwarts will launch with a comprehensive global campaign featuring captivating advertisements, engaging social media initiatives, and festive events.
