Fifty Shades Of Grey Movie To Be Raunchy And Romantic: Matt Bomer and Ian Somerhalder Top Casting Poll

Screenwriter Kelly Marcel confirms that she's going to keep every bit of the novel alive in the movie adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey."

When a novel as erotic as "Fifty Shades of Grey" is being made into a movie, screenwriters usually do away with the dirtiest sex parts of the novel. However, much to the delight of fans, Screenwriter Kelly Marcel has no intentions of doing so.

"This isn't going to be Twilight. It's going to be raunchy ... We are 100 percent going there, "Marcel tells UK's Sunday Times.

Also, for all those romantic fans out there, there's good news for them as well. Along with be "raunchy" Marcel guarantees that the movie is going to have many romantic moments as well.

"Regardless of what you may think of the writing, this is a modern love story, involving two complex characters, and that's what I'm interested in. I don't care what anybody says, there is something about Christian that is old-fashioned and romantic," Marcel says.

Moving on to the casting, Marcel admits that she'd been asked more than 3000 times a day about which actors are being casted in the lead roles. However, Marcel reveals that no actor would want in without a script. And the script isn't ready yet.

Moreover, Marcel says that even if they had an actor signed on without a script, nothing was going to be revealed just yet. According to The Times, the screenwriter has "sworn to secrecy on all aspects of the film."

This thing is very, very closely guarded. There are shredders arriving at my house at this moment, because in LA my trash was gone through. Who is playing Christian, who is playing Anna -- seriously, people are rabid about this thing.

However, according to a report my Mstarz, Matt Bomer once again tops the list of contenders for the role of Christian Grey, with Ian Somerhalder being placed a close second in recent polls.

"Matt Bomer is the best fit ... He has a square jawline, piercing eyes, a straight nose, a nice body ... and a classy, professional look fit for a CEO," said one "Matty" fan.

"Two words only. Matt Bomer," asserted another commenter.

Somerhalder, on the other hand, is reportedly exciting his fans by handing out his personal copy of "Fifty Shades of Grey" with a personal note. He took to his twitter account Monday to announce the raffle.

"With my personal copy of '50 Shades' with a personal note :)," Somerhalder tweeted.
