Black Friday Deals 2012, Walmart: Top 5 Android Smartphones Include Samsung Galaxy S3, Note 2, HTC One X [Specs, Price]

Consumers are no doubt looking for the best smartphone deals during Black Friday 2012. Here are the top five Android smartphones that are making headlines. [Your favorite phone might not be on this list, please don't kill us.]

Samsung Galaxy S3

The Galaxy S3 has a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display with NFC technology. It has a 8 megapixel read-facing camera and 1.9 MP front-facing camera. It has a 2,100 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a 1.5 Ghz Advanced Dual Core Qualcomm processor. It has 2GB of RAM and can hold up to 64GB microSD.

Wal-Mart will offer the S III for $129 with a chance to get a $100 Wal-Mart gift card "upon phone activation with two-year contract.

Target offers the S3 with AT&T for $99, regular price at $199.99, so you're saving $100. The S3 with T-Mobile will cost $79.

Best Buy offers the S3 in Pepple Blue for just $49.99 with a two-year contract with AT&T.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Samsung's "phablet" will feature a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen and a rear 8-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash and front 1.9 megapixel CT camera. It has a 1.6 Ghz quad-core processor and 4G LTE data speeds. It is also expected to have Android 4.1 Jelly Bean pre-installed and come with the S Pen experience and comes with up to 64GB of memory with 2GB RAM and a microSD slow up to 64GB.

Amazon is now offering the Note 2 at a price of $250 with a two-year contract with AT&T, which is $50 less than that of the U.S. carrier.

HTC One X

The One X is one of the hottest smartphones out right now. It runs on Android 4.0 +HTC Sense 4 with a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display with a 1280 x 720 resolution and 1.5 Ghz dual-core LTE Verizon. It has 32GB with 1GB of RAM and an 8MP camera with auto focus, smart LED flash, and BSI sensor for better low-light captures. It has a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. It comes with Beats Audio and a 1800 mAh battery.

Wal-Mart is offering the One X with AT&T for $49.98 with a $100 Wal-Mart gift card.

Hill also found some deals. Radio Shack is offering the smartphone for "free" with a two-year AT&T contract with a $20 a month data plan. Amazon Wireless prices the X at $.01 with a two-year contract with AT&T.

Motorola Droid Razr MAXX HD

The Droid Razr MAXX HD has a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD 720 x 1280 display with an 8MP LED camera and 1.3 MP front-facing web cameras, which offers a full 21 hours of talk time or 13 hours of video playback. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has a 3,300 mAh battery. It runs on Verizon's 4G LTE network with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. It also has a 1.5 GHz central processor with 1.0 GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

The Razr will go on sale on Black Friday for around $199 with a two-year contract with Verizon on Wirefly.com, according to MobileBloom.

The MAXX HD, which was launched in October, is currently number one on the Amazon Best Sellers list in Cell Phones with Service Plans. As a part of the Verizon Holiday Sale, the MAXX will be $149.99, way cheaper than its price on Motorola's website, which is $299.99. As a part of a pre-sale, the Droid phone will cost $149.99 on WireFly.

Sony Xperia TL 4G

The Xperia has a 1.3 MP front-facing camera and a 13 MP camera with LED camera and Auto Focus with Sony's Exmor R for mobile CMOS sensor. It runs on Android 4.0 with a 1.5 Ghz Qualcomm S4 Dual Core. It sports a 4.55-inch Retina display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine with 1280 x 720 resolution with scratch-resistant, shatter proof sheet on mineral glass.

Best Buy is selling the Xperia "free" on Black Friday with a two-year contract with AT&T.
