Another contender has been added to long list of stars that could play the sexy 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie. His name is Jared Padalecki.

Padalecki is known for playing Sam Winchester in the hit CW series "Supernatural." Along with his brother Dean, he hunts down supernatural beings. He also starred in "Gilmore Girls" from 2000 to 2005.

Although his name hasn't been tossed around to play Christian like other fan favorites (Matt Bomer, Alexander Skarsgard), he's still a top contender because of his sexy, good looks and talented acting.

Screenpicks.com said of the 30-year-old actor, "Padalecki is still riding the waves of popularity from the CW show Supernatural. There's no doubt he would be great for the role. He's already proved that he can play darker characters, and he's just as handsome as he is talented. Fifty Shades could be good for his career, but I can't see him taking the role even if it was offered. I'm not sure a family man such as himself would want to be involved with such a heavy project. We can still cross our fingers, though."

There is a Facebook page named "Jared Padalecki to play Mr. Christian Grey?" there are photos are Padalecki in suits and showing off his hot bod and kind of "bad boy" attitude.

On the website, fans flooded the page with postings saying the "Supernatural" star should be Chrsitian.

One commenter said, "I've read the books over and over... I think he would make the BEST Christian Grey." Another said, "He is Christian Grey personified...I mean, seriously. His physical description in the books are right on, from his chiseled facial features to his Greek statuesque physique..I couldn't think of anyone more perfect!"

One more said, "OMG! He IS Christian Grey 100% if there ever was one in the flesh!!!" Another said, "HELLYES CAN EVERYONE PLEASE TWEET @ JARED AND EL JAMES BECAUSE I WANT HIM TO PLAY CG PLEASE."

The person who created the website said to one commenter, "I'm very disappointed that no one has thought about him at all, he is a fab actor and wow sooo hot lol"

One fan from a forum on OhFifty.com said, "For your consideration, he is the right age, has the physicality for the role and can be a very subtle actor. Thanks."

Padalecki's on-screen brother, Jensen Ackles, is already a fan favorite for Christian.

On PolicyMic.com, one commenter said, "Jensen Ackles or Jared Padalecki for sure. Both have amazing acting talent and would portray Christian Grey very well, they both have muscular frames and are tall enough, and they look steaming hot in a suit... or a pair of ripped-up jeans. Some of you seem to be forgetting that their eye and hair color can be easily changed for the role."
