Interesting news has popped up in the "Fifty Shades" universe.

Many stars are reading "Fifty Shades of Grey," and the next one to open up about casting is "Trouble" singer Leona Lewis.

According to MTVNews, Lewis named pop singers Chris Brown and Taylor Swift to play the lead roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.

When asked who from the world of pop would she like to portray Grey in the flick, Lewis replied, "For Christian Grey it has to be someone really hot and super smooth. Why am I just thinking of Chris Brown... maybe Chris Brown!"

She then went on to add that Swift should play Ana Steele and that she would be the "perfect choice."

Brown probably has too many tattoos to play off the role of Christian. GatherEntertainment said, "Obviously some Fifty fans won't want to see Chris tying up a girl and beating her with a paddle after what he did to Rihanna - his BDSM scenes might seem just a little too real."

"Breezy might be a terrible choice for the role of Christian Grey, but he'd probably have no problem playing a character with a troubled past. However, it's really hard to imagine Taylor Swift playing his Anastasia Steele - she works way too hard to portray a good-girl image, so there's no way she'd get anywhere near nipple clamps and butt plugs.

"It's a good thing that Leona is a musician and not a casting director."

Yes, it is a very good thing.

This may be more interesting than the news that surfaced about Justin Bieber playing Christian. He is way too young for the serious role, but some fans don't see this obvious concern. To show that he is not a good choice, the "As Long As You Love Me" singer is tied in fifth place on a Books & Review poll with "One Director" star Niall Horan.

Universal Pictures and Focus Features recently announced that Kelly Marcel will write the screenplay for the highly anticipated "Fifty Shades" movie. Now, the next logical move seems to be casting the director of the movie so that the exciting part can happen: finding the crucial cast members to pull the movie off.

"Tomb Raider" actress Angelina Jolie might direct the racy film. E! Online threw the suggestion out there in their report saying that it is possible.

Recently up for the role of Anastasia Steele and Christian are "Sexiest Alive Man And Woman" Robert Pattinson and Mila Kunis.

The "Fifty Shades" trilogy ("Fifty Shades of Grey," "Fifty Shades Darker," "Fifty Shades Freed"), written by E.L. James, tells the story of 22-year-old recent college grad Anastasia Steele, who enters into a dominant/submissive sexual relationship with 27-year old sexy billionaire Christian Grey, and both explore Christian's world of BDSM while trying to understand their complicated relationship.
