New details emerged about the epic finale of "The Twilight Saga."
"Twilight" star Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, recently revealed that there will be a bonus scene following the credits of "Breaking Dawn Part 2."
"They're gonna love it, and Bill [Bill Condon, the director] even told me that, stay for the credits -- there's a really special thing happening," Lutz said, according to The Insider.
He also dished about how Condon directed the movie with the original book by Stephanie Meyer in mind.
"Every film's been building and building, and Bill Condon really had a great idea with ending the series with Breaking Dawn 2, and just adding a little more flavor to parts of the book that weren't there, but he elaborated more on," he says. "I think the fans are really going to enjoy it."
That "little more flavor" definitely hinted at the new secret ending that everyone is excited and curious to see.
"Twilight Saga" actress Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella in all the films, recently dished on the details of the secret ending to MTV News.
"It's so good," Stewart said when asked for her thoughts on seeing a finished cut. "It's good, it's really weird. I think everyone expects that but I'm really proud of Bill [Condon] and I'm really happy with how it closes [the franchise]. It's a lot to take."
MTV News asked if the ending was a proper send-off to the franchise and its beloved characters.
"Yes, I think so," she said. "I hope not everyone knows exactly how that goes down. I think maybe they do, but even if you do know what happens, the end throws you for a loop, even if you're expecting it."
Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward in all the films, said back in August, ""When I first read the script, I got to that part and was like, 'What?'" Pattinson told Entertainment Weekly. "And then I had to go back a page."
"It does it a serious justice," said Pattinson.
Hollywood Life earlier reported that the end will be a brand new sequence, which was "dreamed up by [author] Stephanie Meyer and longtime screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg one night over dinner."
Other new stuff about the highly anticipated film is the music soundtrack.
According to MTV News, two acts that have been confirmed for the music soundtrack are Passion Pit and Iko.
MTV News reported: "The specific song from Passion Pit has yet to be confirmed, but we're guessing it will come from their latest album, Gossamer. Passion Pit are an interesting choice, because their sound is mostly happy electro pop, which is in contrast with past albums full of slower, emotionally charged songs. The Iko track is "Heart of Stone," which fits nicely into that tug-on-your-heartstrings theme from the "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" soundtrack."
Many fans were pushing for Muse, since "Twilight" author Stephanie Meyers love the band anyway. Muse has been featured in other "Twilight" movies, with "Supermassive Black Hole," as well as Bruno Mars "It Will Rain" and "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri.
Fans can buy tickets for the film and the "Twilight" marathon Oct. 1.
"Breaking Dawn Part 2" is set to release in theaters Nov. 16, 2012.
