Snooki's baby is the talk of the town right now.

Nicole Polizzi, a.k.a. Snooki, gave birth to her firstborn at 3 a.m. Sunday at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. A rep for Polizzi told MTV, "The world just got another Guido!!! Lorenzo Dominic LaValle has entered the world weighing 6lbs, 5oz. Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!"

Snooki, 24, has received a lot of congratulations and support from close friends, but she has gotten a surprise gift from someone who wasn't called a friend at first.

Anderson Cooper sent the new mom a gift: two dozen cannolis from Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey, a rep for his daytime show, "Anderson Live," told omg! Yahoo exclusively. The famed bakery is featured on the TLC reality show "Cake Boss," which centers on Buddy Valastro and his family of tasty treat makers.

Snooki gave Cooper a Twitter shout-out in appreciation for the gift saying, ""Thank u so much. Just got ur gift! We love you, Mr.Anderstand!"

Snooki and Cooper's relationship started out with a spat in 2011. Cooper chastised Rutgers University and Snooki after the school paid the "Jersey Shore" star $32,000 to speak to the students.

Cooper referred to her as "one impossibly lucky, unusually spunky, freakishly tan, beer-guzzling, juicehead-hugging, muscle-loving, Botero body, pint-sized money-making machine," according to omg! Yahoo. He also made fun of her book, "A Shore Thing," naming it to his RidicuList on "Anderson Cooper 360."

However, the ice started to thaw after a Twitter exchange. Snooki called him out for making fun of her book, reminding him it was a "New York Times" best-seller. She later appeared on "Anderson Live" and took him to get a spray tan. In the amusing segment, she referred to him as "Anderstand" and commented on his muscular physique, Yahoo wrote.

One of Snooki's close friends, JWoww, took to Twitter to congratulate her best bud and Snooki's fiancé Jonni LaValle.

"So proud of @snooki and @JLaValle! Lorenzo is the cutest baby I ever seen. Love him already," JWoww tweeted.

Snooki responded, "Aw thank you auntie !" And as she celebrates her first full day as a mom, she tweeted early Monday morning, "Hardly any sleep but SO worth it!"

"Jersey Shore" castmate Ronnie shared his excitement, telling MTV News in a statement, "Congratulations Snooks & Jionni on your new baby boy! I can't wait to meet little Lorenzo and start dressing him in some baby Jordan's. All the best guys!"

MTV shared in Snooki's excitement: "We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy! We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal-print onesie."

It was reported that fans might get to see Snooki in labor giving birth to the little newcomer. According to AceShowBiz, Radar Online has learned that a camera crew from 495 Productions, which produces the "Jersey Shore" spin-off, was in the MTV reality star's hospital room "in the hours leading up to her birth."

A source says, "Viewers will see Snooki in labor."

That will definitely be a show to see.
