2015 might just be Taylor Swift's year with a no. 1 album, a third single on the way, and a tour to prepare for. Now reports have it that Tay hosting the Kids Choice Awards on March 28 might just put the cherry on top!
Could it be that "Style" singer Taylor Swift's new adventure is hosting the 2015 Kids Choice Awards on March 28? We've got the answers here!
Despite reports and hopeful fans, Taylor Swift will not be hosting this year's Kids Choice Awards. According to HollywoodLife.com, the "Shake It Off" singer will not be hosting the event.
Fans started freaking out when an alleged press release showed the "Blank Space" singer promoting the event. Although the supposed press release looked like it was downloaded from Nickelodeon's press site, the network has not commented yet regarding the matter.
Still, even without the network confirming, the image seems like a fan creation. Taylor has not worn her hair like that since the release of her latest album "1989," plus, the hat looks pretty photshopped.
Although T-Swift's tour doesn't start until May, it seems impossible for the star to host the event as not only did she reveal she was "too busy focusing on her tour" to even perform at the Grammy's, she has also been trying to sue Etsy sellers for trademark infringement.
After rumors that Taylor Swift might be hosting the 2015 Kids' Choice Awards, it looks like Nick Jonas will be taking on the hosting job! Talks have been heating up that the 22-year-old actor/singer might be taking on the hosting duty at the upcoming event.
While the network has yet to confirm, rumors began to heavily swirl on the internet when singer posted a video on Instagram in which he sings the theme song of Nickelodeon. The star also captioned the video "3.28.15," which is the date of this year's award show.
Prior to this he also posted on social media a number of questions which refer to previous Kids' Choice Awards hosts.
"What do me and @CameronDiaz have in common...?"
"What do me and Will Smith have in common?"
"Have any ideas what me and the last couple people I mentioned have in common? How bout Jack Black and I?"
The upcoming Kids' Choice Awards, which will be on March 28, is slated to be staged at Pauley Pavillion in Los Angeles, California. Hosts, award presenters, and performers have not yet been officially announced.
