Kristen Stewart Homeless? Robert Pattinson Sells $6.3 Million Mansion, Agrees to Meet Ex

The saga continues. Robert Pattinson has reportedly sold the $6.3 million mansion in Los Feliz, California the actor shared with former girlfriend, and "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart. The star says the home just "has too many memories."

Pattinson had lived there with longtime girlfriend Stewart for almost a year, until both moved out of the Los Angeles mansion (previously occupied by actor Noah Wyle) earlier this summer, shortly after news broke that Stewart had cheated on her beau with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, 41.

"The entire thing has been such a blow to Rob. Talk about having his heart ripped out," a source told People at the time. "Rob just isn't going to be able to get past the cheating - one time or not."

Lately though, Pattinson has been stepping out quite a bit, to promote his new film "Cosmopolis," doing the media circuits, "The Daily Show," Jimmy Kimmel, and even going on a date with longtime friend Katy Perry recently at Los Angeles' ultra-trendy Soho House restaurant.

Stewart, on the other hand, has been largely hiding out. The actress is reportedly staying at her parents' home in Woodland Hills, Calif. and at her friend Scout Taylor-Compton's residence in Burbank, Calif.

A source tells Us Weekly that the actress has been "close to a total meltdown" and "isn't sleeping" at all, instead staying "up all night crying."

Word of Stewart's heartbreak seems to be far-reaching. A recent report claims that Pattinson, who initially asked Stewart to move out, is starting to feel bad for his ex.

"For the first couple of weeks he was wallowing in his own grief, but being forced to face people during this promo, and seeing how angry everyone is with Kristen, made him feel sad for her," a source told LOOK magazine.

Pattinson has even agreed to meet up with Stewart face-to-face to seriously talk out their issues.

"She begged to meet face-to-face so they could talk," the friend told LOOK. "It was obvious Kristen was getting through to Rob and he has agreed to see her.

Stewart seems to be doing everything in her power to get through to Pattinson. The actress was recently been spotted leaving her home (for a very obvious photo-op) wearing Pattinson's baseball cap and backpack.

And those tactics seem to be working.

In July, Stewart, 22, publicly apologized for cheating on Pattinson, 26, after photographs were published of her intimately embracing her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," Stewart said in a raw statement to People.

The two have managed to avoid each other and have even rearranged their "Twilight" promotional schedules so that they won't appear together, although Pattinson has announced he'll walk down the red carpet with Stewart for the premiere of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2."

Of course, putting the home up for sale means the couple will more than likely have to meet face-to-face, especially since Kristen has yet to move out of the home officially. Rumor has it that Kristen has begged Pattinson for forgiveness and wants to try to make things right, but if he's selling their home, that may not be an option.

The real estate news comes at the same time as a report that alleges Pattinson has finally agreed to meet his estranged girlfriend of three years face-to-face. The Daily Mail via Look Magazine quotes a source that even said Pattinson "admitted that it must be worse for her [Stewart] because she's not just dealing with heartbreak, but being portrayed as a villain, while he gets all the sympathy." The reason for his change of heart? Apparently, it was seeing those "Trampire" shirts, according to the source.
