"The Twilight Saga," written by bestselling author Stephanie Meyers, has captured many hearts of fans all over the world.
The films are just as bad of frenzy. But the stars aren't complaining one bit.
"Twilight" actor Kellen Lutz (plays Emmett Cullen) recently was pictured rolling around L.A. during the weekend. He was in what appears to be a Lamborghini Murciélago Roadstar.
According to TMZ, he joked, "I finally got my 'Twilight' check." According to TMZ, reports say that he made around $1.25 million for each of the final two movies.
The 27-year-old actor recently was at Heineken's U.S. Open Player Party in NYC Friday night, where he admitted his favorite memories from his time as part of the Twilight phenomenon came before the films were a big deal, according to Us Weekly.
"I gotta say my favorite moments were during . . . the first movie, before any of this craze happened. We were just ourselves, no one really knew who we were yet," Lutz explained. "We haven't changed per se, but we were able to get away with a lot more."
"I remember Peter [Facinelli] and Jackson [Rathbone] and myself would go to different bars and different concerts," the actor continued of their formerly low-key nights out together. "We'd go do karaoke all the time."
Lutz also revealed that the "Twilight" experience has its ups and downs.
"I don't really like to comment on everyone else's process, but I think we've all done the best we could with this," he said "It's a blessing but it can be surreal sometimes. I don't know if we all knew what we were fully getting into on all fronts."
Lutz also has a girlfriend, Australian actress Sharni Vinson, 29. They have been going out for almost a year.
"Sharni's personality and mine very much complement each other, and we connect on every level," he gushed to People magazine. "She has a big personality so we have great conversations and laugh so much. I'm never fake with her, and it makes our relationship so easy. It's all about being honest."
Robert Pattinson also can't believe the "Twilight" fandom, but he appreciates it all.
He recently told Diario de Mexico in an interview that he loves all the support of all in "Team Robert."
"I don't credit that to myself," the "Edward" actor said.
"It's just that there is something elemental about the 'Twilight' books and the movies. The core story has connected to people. The fan love from that is kind of amazing. I guess it's so much better than everyone hating you."
About the fan frenzy, he told MTV News, "I find it amazing, the intensity of people liking it. It's crazy. It's an elemental thing that it connected to, which I still don't understand. I hope people like it."
Lutz, along with Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, will star in the epic finale, "Breaking Dawn Part 2," set to release in theaters Nov. 16.
