"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is writing a tell-all memoir where she will share stories about her journey as an Italian American who found love, built her own family, stumbled upon Hollywood's spotlight through "Real Housewives" and eventually hurled behind bars.
The memoir is titled "Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again" and it will be published by the Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books on Feb.9, 2016. As per Galley Cat, People Magazine staff writer KC Baker is on board the project.
"While we've all watched Teresa's life unfold on television, Turning the Tables will mark the first time we will hear all of Teresa's incredible life story, including her recent stint in prison," Gallery Book vice president Jennifer Bergstrom said in a press release.
In the same press release, it was promised that Giudice's memoir "will mark the first time Teresa will extensively discuss her experience as an inmate." A majority of the pages will be used by Giudice to open up about her time in prison, which as People described it, "hellish" for the star.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was charged of bankruptcy and mortgage fraud in October last year. The reality star has been serving time in Danbury Federal Correctional Institute in Connecticut and should be out of incarceration by December this year.
When she gets out of prison in Dec.23, only then will her husband, Joe, who was sentenced to 41 months in prison, will serve his time. As per Music Times, Joe may also face deportation for his crimes.
Apart from a revealing memoir, Dispatch Times says that fans of Giudice can also look forward to a series special being prepared by Bravo that will chronicle her life as an inmate. It is still unclear when this series will be out though.
Fans also wait for her return in "Real Housewives of New Jersey," where she is known for her love for flipping tables and volatility. Whichever project ends upm going out there first, what's sure is that it will be proven that the outside world hasn't seen the last of Teresa Giudice.
"Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again" is the first book Giudice will publish. LA Times says that the mother of four also penned the bestselling cookbooks "Fabulicious: Fast and Fit!", "Fabulicious! On the Grill" and "Skinny, Italian, Fabulicious!"
