'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Finale Episode Spoilers: Plot, Synopsis & Preview Reveals Daryl Dixon's Fate

Last episode, the gang followed what Aaron, who's played by Ross Marquand, suggested, which was to head forth for the Alexandria Safe Zone.

According to Entertainment Weekly, "The Walking Dead" season 5 finale will run for 90 minutes. And that means, as TV Guide puts it, "there will be 50 percent more brain-splattering goodness."

The final epsiode will air on March 29, 2015 at 9 p.m. on AMC and will immediately be followed by the live after-show "Talking Dead," hosted by Chris Hardwick.

In a report by Comic Book, the next upcoming installment, to be aired March 1 and titled "Remember," will show how the gang enters the mysterious community of Alexandria. As of the moment, the only thing that the gang knows about it, is what Aaron promised it to be -- a safe zone. With only Aaron's words to live by, they're still pretty cautious about the community.

Coimc Book, in a separate article, reports that Norman Reedus' character, Dylan Dixon, might be in trouble while outside the gates of Alexandria. "Daryl Dixon is still going to be alive by the time Season 5 finale rolls around. The bad news is he might not be by the end of the episode," the report says, basing the assumption from the finale episode's synopsis:

"Daryl finds himself in trouble while out on the run. Meanwhile, in Alexandria, Rick and his group continue to feel like outsiders as danger lurks near the gates."

There have been different speculations as to who will be dying. Killing off the show's main cast isn't new as evidenced by how Tyreese (Chad Coleman) and Beth Greene (Emily Kinney), died.

And as for Morgan (Lennie James) who hasn't been in the show for quite some time, Unreality TV speculates that he might have been in the safe zone all this time.

New Love in Alexandria?

On another note, with Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) growing up during the zombie apocalypse, the 14-year-old character might just get his first shot at finding love, according to The Spoiling Dead Fans Facebook page. Will Carl finally get to live a normal life as they enter Alexandria?

While Carl is off experimenting with the thrills of young love, there are also chances that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is, too. The same Spoiling Dead Fans Facebook page revealed that next week's plot will feature a scene where a shirtless Rick opens the door of his house only to be greeted by Breckendridge.

Love hasn't been Rick's focus in the span of the series. A year after Lori passed away after giving birth to Judith, Rick has shrugged off any connections of that kind. But then again, love hasn't exactly been offered to him either.
