Amazon, Apple, and Samsung are not the only ones that are gearing up their tablets for Black Friday. Microsoft is giving out deals for their highly anticipated Surface tablet.
The Microsoft Store online sends a message to potential consumers, "Prepare to save - starting first thing Thursday at 12:00 A.M. Our spectacular Black Friday deals are starting a day early."
Offers
Save $50 on a second touch or type cover when you purchase a Surface bundle. Good through Nov. 23 - Nov. 25.
Save $200 on the Acer Aspire v5 Notebook. It was $599, and it would be $399 on Thursday. Good until Nov. 24.
Save $150 on the VIZIO 14-inch Ultrabook. Good until Nov. 24. It was $849 and would be $699 on Thursday.
According to Black Friday Magazine, another offer is the Microsoft is offering a free protective sleeve to the first 100 customers who purchase a Surface tablet on Black Friday on the online Microsoft store.
The Surface tablet comes in either 32GB or 64GB of storage and 1GB. It has a 10.6-inch ClearType HD display. It runs on Quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 with 2GB of Ram. It has two cameras, two microphones, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The Surface with Windows RT sells for $499 (32GB), $599 with black touch cover, and $699 (64GB) with black touch cover. The Surface with Windows 8 Pro is "coming soon," according to the website.
What else is Microsoft offering to customers?
The Redmond Company is offering deals on its Windows Phone 8 devices, including the Nokia Lumia 920.
The popular Windows 8 phone will be just $49.99 through AT&T on Friday, Nov 23, through Sunday, Nov. 25, reported Ubergizmo. A very affordable price will bring some new awaiting customers ready to try out Microsoft's new smartphone software. Right now, the 920 sells for $99.99 with a two-year AT&T contract, which is still cheaper than the popular Apple iPhone 5 and some Android smartphones.
The Lumia 920 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8. It takes many of the physical design elements from previous generations of Lumia handsets, but improves on internal hardware and display technology. Some of the new tech specs include PureMotion HD+ 4.5 inch display (1280 x 768 resolution), Dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, NFC chip with 332ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 2,000mAh battery, and Qi wireless charging. It has an 8.7 megapixel PureView camera with Carl Zeiss lens. It has rounded edges and comes in colors black, cyan, red, white, and yellow.
