With Black Friday fast approaching, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target have all already "leaked" their deals for the shopping holiday to the public. Not to be outdone, Office Max, Staples, and Amazon have released their ads of deals for tablets, laptops, netbooks, HDTVs and more.
Office Max
OfficeMax might not offer a doorbuster laptop under $200 like some other stores, but it does have a 15.6-inch Toshiba Satellite notebook with AMD E-300 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 320GB hard drive for $249.99. Of course, there's one catch to qualify for the offer: you have to spend at least $50 in the store to be eligible.
OfficeMax has plenty of other laptop deals that won't require you to make a purchase first. These include a Toshiba Satellite Ultrabook with 14-inch display, Intel Sandy Bridge (not Ivy Bridge) Core i3-2377M CPU, 4GB RAM, and 500GB hard drive for $549.99. Depending on how you feel about Windows 8, you may be pleased to know this Ultrabook ships with Windows 7.
If you're looking for a non-Toshiba laptop, there are also a pair of HP portables with Black Friday pricing. The Pavilion G6-2228NR includes a 15.6-inch display, AMD A6-4400M processor, 4GB of RAM, and 320GB hard drive for $349.99, while the 15.6-inch Envy DV6-7226NR with Intel Core i5-3210M Ivy Bridge chip, 6GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive, and Beats Audio support is $499.99.
There are also a handful of HP Pavilion desktop specials, including a $329.99 model with AMD A4-3420 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 500GB hard drive, a $429.99 system with Core i3-2130 chip, 8GB of RAM, and 1.5TB hard drive, and a $499.99 tower with AMD's A10-5700 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 1.5TB hard drive. There's also an HP Pavilion all-in-one desktop with 23-inch screen, AMD E2-1800 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 500GB hard drive for $449.99.
OfficeMax isn't offering much in the way of tablet deals (unless you want to buy a third-tier Azpen Android 7-inch tablet with 4GB of storage for $69.99), but as with other retailers, it's trying to supplement its lack of deals with free gift cards. If you purchase an Amazon Kindle Fire HD between the hours of 6 a.m. and Noon on Black Friday you can get a $25 store gift card.
Staples
Staples looks to be lagging behind many of its competing retail chains, especially considering the "on sale" price for its Google Nexus 7 tablet is what the device typically costs anywhere. The stores best deals for tablets, laptops and more include select HP, Windows-8 based PCS for $299.99 and up (more than $200 in savings) and a $20 gift card with purchase of a new Kindle Fire HD (after Easy Rebate).

Amazon
Amazon similarly began promoting Black Friday deals recently. On Nov. 1 the online-retailer opened its Black Friday Deals Store, offering "thousands of discounts," free shipping for "millions of items," and "great prices on the season's most popular gifts, including televisions, cameras, video games, movies, books, tools, watches, jewelry, clothing, and more," says the site.
