Fans are hungry for more information about "The Vampire Diaries: Season 4." Various things will happen in the upcoming episodes.
Information about Bonnie's father, Rudy Hopkins, was recently revealed. Rudy will be played by "Supernatural" star Rick Worthy.
"He makes a sudden reappearance in Bonnie's life and aims to protect her from the dangers in Mystic Falls," executive producer Julie Plec told Zap2it. Rudy is expected to make his first appearance in episode 10, the first episode after the holiday break.
Zap2it said that there is little known about Bonnie's dad except for the fact that both her and him were abandoned by her mother after she lost her powers and that he didn't want to know about Bonnie's involvement in witchcraft.
Spoilers for Episode 6, "We All Go a Little Mad Sometimes," were revealed. WetPaint reported that Elena (Nina Dobrev) will experience "terrifying hallucinations," which leads her to make a "dangerous mistake."
Other news is the potential break-up of Tyler (Michael Trevino) and Caroline (Candice Accola). Caroline found out that Klaus was inside Tyler's body she was very upset.
According to the Examiner, Joseph Morgan dished on Klaus and Caroline.
"We'll certainly see their relationship - but I don't mean relationship in the sense that they're dating - but we'll certainly see the dynamic between them develop. [The Klaus/Caroline storyline] brings out Klaus' humanity," Morgan said. "I love playing the more charming side of him and the scenes with Caroline really allow me to do that. So I hope he has a shot with her. I think everyone deserves love and a second chance. I wonder how much of a compromise he'd have to make in order for her to come around to him and whether he will be able to make that compromise."
Even though Klaus is the bad guy, he might turn good, because one of them has to change in order for the relationship to work. Or, maybe Caroline will go bad.
Speaking of Klaus, in an upcoming episode, "The Killer," Stefan is forced to align himself with Klaus against Conner. TVOverMind.com explains:
"Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) form an uneasy alliance to try and contain the danger that Connor (guest star Todd Williams) has unleashed on the town. When Connor takes Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), Matt (Zach Roerig) and April (guest star Grace Phipps) hostage at the Grill, Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) have a serious disagreement about the best course of action, and Elena (Nina Dobrev) is again caught between the two brothers. The situation quickly turns violent when Klaus sends one of his hybrids, Dean (guest star Blake Hood, "The Young and the Restless") to stand up to Connor. Caroline (Candice Accola) is surprised to find Hayley (guest star Phoebe Tonkin) at the Lockwood mansion. Meanwhile, Professor Shane (guest star David Alpay) works with Bonnie (Kat Graham) to help her get past her fear and guilt."
The next episode of "The Vampire Diaries," which is named "The Rager," airs on Oct. 25 at 8 p.m.
