There may be disappointing news for Twi-hards.
Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Cullen, recently dished on what she hoped would be the "Breaking Dawn Part 2" bonus scene: an all-cast dance number.
"If it's what I think it is, it's really awesome. It was a surprise moment on set that was pretty incredible," she said according to MTV News, teasing the all-cast dance number previously mentioned by her co-stars. "That day, there were about 150 of us, and we all came together and surprised Bill, so I hope it's that thing," Reed said. "It took a couple of practice runs [for us to learn it], and we had one drill sergeant who was in charge of gathering everyone. I got really into it. I was so into it that I wanted to be in the front row."
However, according to Entertainment Weekly, Summit Entertainment confirmed that the dance scene will not be in the final cut of the film.
This leaves fans wanting answers. One fan speculated, "Wasn't it already revealed that its just a nice little montage of all Edward and Bella's moments from the all the movies? He like lets her see into his mind and she sees them dancing at prom etc. etc. Oh- spoiler alert."
It could be that indeed.
Another fan said, "I am actually glad that's not the ending, but would like to see it on the special features dvd."
Whatever the secret is, it will be something that fans will remember forever.
In a recent interview with EW, Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen in the movies, recently dished on the bonus scene. He saw a rough cut of the film and found himself "surprisingly moved."
''The end is so sweet. There's this nice finality to it,'' he said. ''Everyone who was watching started crying. It does a serious justice to the series.''
Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella, agreed saying, ''Bill decided to do this really f---ing amazing thing at the very end. The fans are going to go nuts.''
Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, said something similar about the bonus scene following the credits of "Breaking Dawn Part 2."
"They're gonna love it, and Bill [Bill Condon, the director] even told me that, stay for the credits -- there's a really special thing happening," Lutz said, according to The Insider.
"Twilight" star Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in all the films, revealed that she doesn't know what the bonus scene is.
"He's probably in it," Greene joked to MTV News, referring to Lutz insider news. "I did hear they are doing something very special at the end 'cause [we are] ending out the saga."
She added, "I don't know about the scene." Asked what could be in the scene, she danced around the question before settling on this: "I have no idea."
Whatever it does end up being, Greene knows what the fans are hoping to see: "Everyone wants to see [Bella and Edward's daughter] Renesmee grow up."
This could fume rumors that have been circuling about a "Twilight" reboot that might continute the relationship between Renesmee (Mackinzie Foy) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner).
Summit Entertainment has just released 15 new "Breaking Dawn Part 2" photos that include Bella, Jacob, Edward, Charlie Swan (Billy Burke), and Renesmee.
Are you ready to see the epic finale of the "Twilight" series? "Breaking Dawn Part 2" is set to release in theaters Nov. 16, 2012.
