Filmmakers signed Trish Summerville has been signed as the costume designer. She is known for being the designer of "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo."
"Summerville will be in charge of continuing the looks and styles created in The Hunger Games -- the downtrodden apparel of District 12's citizens, the stark uniforms of the Peacekeepers, the outlandish style of Effie Trinket and other Capitol citizens, and of course, Finnick Odair's barely-there ensembles," the Examiner reported. "But most importantly to fans of the series, Summerville will have to create Katniss Everdeen's wedding dress -- a poofy, white concoction that, through some trickery of Cinna's, goes up in flames and transforms into a Mockingjay gown."
