Kate Middleton Bottomless Photos Continue: Danish Magazine to Publish More Photos in the Future Despite Denial of Naked Pics

It looks like Kate Middleton cannot catch a break from the media.

According to the DailyMail, Danish magazine Se Og Hor (See and Hear) have published photos of the Dutchess changing her bikini bottom.

The magazine published a 16-page special for photographs, which include three of Middleton changing her bikini bottoms, taken from the front.

The photos appear to be from the same set of shots originally taken while Prince William and his wife were holidaying in the South of France.

The most revealing photograph in Se Og Hor, which appears on the front page of the magazine, shows the Duchess changing into a pair of blue bikini bottoms, according to DailyMail.

Kim Henningsen, Se Og Hor's editor in chief, was unabashed by the threat of legal action and declined to say who sold the photographs or how much was paid for them.

He said, "It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. It is my job to publish them."

E! News reported that the bottomless photos of Middleton, taken with a long lens, show Prince William lathering lotion on the Duchess' back and bottom as she pulls down her bikini, according to the Huffington Post.

However, new reports surfaced that Henningsen told CNN Saturday that it had no intention of publishing fresh photos, according to the New York Daily News.

Henningsen said only pictures the magazine featured of Middleton were in a 16-page spread on Sept. 20.

But the spread also promised more photos in the future.

Middleton's topless photos have been passed around ever since French Closer magazine first published a dozen of the controversial pictures.

The photos spread to numerous publications, like Chi magazine of Italy and Irish Daily Star.

The Daily Mail reported that a Swedish magazine published photos on Sept. 20

According to CBC.ca, Sweden's Se & Hor's editor said that she doesn't see the big deal with nude photos.

"It is nothing new to us to publish nude photos of celebrities on holiday," said Carina Lofkvist, the chief editor of the Swedish magazine.

She said actresses Demi Moore and Sharon Stone and model Kate Moss have previously appeared half-naked in the magazine.

"No one complains when they do and we print the photos," Lofkvist said.

Reports recently said that police raided the headquarters of the Closer magazine, which was the first publication to reveal the photos.

According to CNN, the French Closer magazine has been fined and ordered not to distribute the magazine in print or online, a French court ruled Tuesday.

The court ordered Closer magazine to hand over the original photos to the royal family within 24 hours of the ruling and to pay them 2,000 euros (about $2,600).

The magazine must pay a further 10,000 euros (about $13,100) a day if it is late in handing over the photos.

Middleton and her husband, Prince William, the second in line to the throne, "welcome the injunction that's been granted. They always believed the law was broken and that they were entitled to their privacy," the palace said.

"These snapshots which showed the intimacy of a couple, partially naked on the terrace of a private home, surrounded by a park several hundred meters from a public road, and being able to legitimately assume that they are protected from passers-by, are by nature particularly intrusive," the French ruling decreed, according to FOX News. "(They) were thus subjected to this brutal display the moment the cover appeared."
